Planning a Lah Dee Dah event…

 

Where are Lah Dee Dah Travel Spa events held?

Simply any location of your desire.  We bring the party to you! We do require 38 feet of adequate parking space for our party bus readily available 20 minutes prior to the party start time. We provide safety cones to block the designated area upon arrival. 

 

What locations do you serve?

We are based in Ponte Vedra, FL servicing the Jacksonville area and will travel up to 25 miles free of charge.  We will gladly travel to surrounding areas for an additional fee based upon mileage.

 

How many children does the travel spa accommodate?

All packages include the cost of 8 guests.  We will gladly accommodate additional guests at a cost of $30 per guest. The maximum guest allowance is 12. 

 

What times are the parties held?

Saturday and Sunday event time slots include 10am, 1pm, 4pm and 7pm

Weekday time slots are more flexible and based upon availability and our clients needs.  Our events range from 1.5 to 2 hours depending upon package selection.  However, additional time in our party bus may be purchased based upon availability. 

 

Are your staff licensed technicians and certified cosmetologists?

No, the services Lah Dee Dah Travel Spa provides are for entertainment purposes only.  Our spa themed services are not performed by licensed technicians or certified cosmetologists. It’s all just for fun!

 

What happens if it rains during my event?

No one can rain on our parade! Lah Dee Dah parties go on rain or shine.  All activities take place within the party bus with the exception of the pink carpet finale, which takes place under our covered awning. The awning however, is not large enough to cover parents in the event of rain, just the girls.

How do I book a Lah Dee Dah Travel Spa party?

Simply complete an online inquiry form and we will send you an email confirming availability. While email is our preferred method of communication, please do not hesitate to give us a call. We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours.  A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve an event booking.

 

How and when do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards. An initial nonrefundable $100 is required to book an event.  The remaining balance is due in full 7 days prior to the event date. All payments may be made directly through our website.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

Should you need to cancel an event, Lah Dee Dah Travel Spa will gladly reschedule your event for another date & time.  However, we do require a minimum two week notice prior to the initial event date. Should the notification come within the two week window, an additional $100 nonrefundable deposit will be required to reschedule. There will be no refunds for cancelled events.  However, we will be happy to offer alternate dates based upon availability. 

 

 

Preparing for a Lah Dee Dah event…

 

What do I need to do to prepare for the event?

Absolutely nothing!  You do not lift a finger prior, during or following the event.  Lah Dee Dah is a one stop shop including every detail from start to finish.  We never enter the client home. We simply come knocking when its party time.  We do ask that no guests are in the parking/set up area prior to the event and that the 38 feet of required parking space is available beginning 20 minutes prior to party time. 

 

How should the girls prepare for the party?

For best results and to maximize party time, we request all nail polish be removed from fingers and toes prior to the party.

 

Are parents allowed on the bus?

Due to limited space, parents are not allowed on the party bus during the event. We encourage parents to kick back, relax and socialize while the girls get pampered. However, we will allow one parent (usually the host parent) on the bus to join the fun and take pictures!  Towards the end of the event, we will request all parents to join the party as spectators for our grand finale pink carpet fashion show. The girls will be decked out and ready for the paparazzi!
